Product Overview
The Polysher™ is a desktop post processing unit designed to remove layer lines from PolySmooth™ and PolyCast™ prints. The Polysher™ uses Polymaker’s Layer-Free™ technology to create a fine mist of alcohol which evenly smooths the model.
The Polysher™ cannot be used with other solvent than IPA. The nebulizer is designed and calibrated to only work with IPA, moreover other solvents may damage the Polysher™.
The Polysher™ will not work with PLA.
The nebulizer membrane may develop micro-cracks over time which may affect the mist production performance. We recommend changing the nebulizer when you notice a drop in your mist density or height. The nebulize can usually last ~100hours of polishing time. The Polysher™ comes with 2 nebulizers.
